Pair of Rare Italian Lounge Chairs by Gianfranco Frattini for Cassina
A rare pair of lounge chairs by Gianfranco Frattini for Cassina. The frame is carved in beautifully molded rosewood and supports this extremely comfortable seat; the back curves upward and highlights the beautiful variations and coloring of the natural rosewood, the wood on the side panels curve upward and supports the armrests very elegantly. The curved precious wood is of very high quality and exceptionally designed for beauty and functionality. The back cushion attaches to the molded wood with custom clasps and sits in behind the large and comfortable seat. The whole sits on squared block feet, also in rosewood. The whole fully restored and reupholstered with new filling, in a luxurious creamy textured Kravet fabric.
