sold out

A pair of reclining lounge chairs, the "Oscar" designed by Nello Pini for Novarredo, 1959.

A pair of reclining leather lounge chairs with linear and geometric lines, the interior mechanical mechanism, beneath the arm rests allows the armchair to be adjusted and tilted back. The highly sculptural arms and seat are supported on iron tapered legs with brass capped feet. These are newly restored and re-upholstered in a richly colored chocolate brown Italian leather. An innovative and striking design which fits the interior style of any room. Comfortable, versatile and chic. The Oscar armchair was a rapid success and was patented internationally in (England, France, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Holland, Italy, USA) and exported to many countries. Nello Pini changed the name of the Pini studio to Mobilificio Gigante Pini.
