An Italian carved and painted gilded wood mirror, the whole with guilloche gilded carving and large painted bead motif within. The background of the frame is painted in a beautiful blue/green or teal, the frame with rounded corners, each decorated with carved rosettes that project large openwork acanthus leaves with carved gilded beads in the middle. Inset with its original mercury glass.
